Terms and Conditions:

1. Voluntary Participation

I have voluntarily entered into this Jordan Meditation Tour Program Agreement ("Agreement") and acknowledge that Think Opposite W.L.L, a Qatari corporation with its principal business address at P.O. Box 2198, Doha, Qatar ("Company"), provides the program and related activities ("Activities") based on my consent.

2. Payment Terms

  • Registration Payment: A non-refundable USD 500 down payment is required upon signing up for the tour to confirm your registration through this link

  • Second Payment: A 50% non-refundable down payment of the program fee is required to secure your seat. Your reservation will not be confirmed until proof of this payment is provided.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled no later than March 25, 2025. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and any advance payments.

  • Last-Minute Registration: Registrations made after March 25, 2025, require full payment of the program fee. Payment must be completed, and proof of transfer provided, within 48 hours of signing up.

3. Refunds and Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable Down Payment: The 50% down payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Refund Deadlines:

    • Up to February 24, 2025: Free cancellation, except for the 50% non-refundable down payment (handling and transaction fees will be deducted).

    • February 25 to March 9, 2025: A 25% cancellation fee of the total program fee will apply.

    • March 10 to March 23, 2025: A 50% cancellation fee of the total program fee will apply.

    • March 24, 2025, and later: A 100% cancellation fee of the total program fee will apply.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure or emergencies, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to sufficient proof and deductions for handling and transaction fees.

  • Cancellation by Organizer: If the tour is canceled by the organizer for any reason, refunds will be managed based on incurred costs, commitments, and other relevant factors.

4. Early Bird Registration

Participants who confirm their registration and pay the 50% down payment by February 10, 2025, will secure the Early Bird discounted rate.

5. Representation

I represent and warrant that I have been examined (or have had the opportunity to be examined) by a licensed physician before participating in the Activities and confirm that I am in good health and fully able to perform all physical exercises and skills involved.

I agree to comply with all rules and regulations and acknowledge that my participation may be terminated if I disregard them.

During the Activities, staff instructors may need to touch parts of my body for instructional purposes. If I have any objections or sensitivities to touch, it is my responsibility to inform the staff. By signing this form, I consent to appropriate touching by staff instructors.

6. Proprietary Materials

I understand that all materials, concepts, and information ("Materials") presented during the Activities—whether orally or in writing—are the Company’s property. I agree not to:

  • Copy, record, modify, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or reproduce any Materials without prior written permission from the Company.

7. Confidentiality

To respect the confidentiality of other participants and the Company’s intellectual property, I agree:

  • Not to publish, broadcast, or disclose the identity, likeness, or comments (actual or paraphrased) of other participants, staff, or facilitators without explicit consent.

  • Not to record any portion of the program, including participants or staff, via audio, video, photography, or any other means.

  • Not to bring any recording devices into the program premises.

8. Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that participation in the Activities may involve physical and mental exertion, which could result in injury or property damage. I assume all associated risks and accept full responsibility for my physical fitness and participation.

I hereby expressly release and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates ("Company Parties") from any and all present and future claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising out of my participation in the Activities.

I agree not to sue any of the Company Parties for any claim related to my participation, including but not limited to: infliction of emotional distress, undue influence, and personal injury.

9. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, excluding any conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of the State of Qatar in accordance with the Qatari Code of Civil Procedure.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

  1. I acknowledge that no additional representations or promises were made beyond those stated in this Agreement.

  2. This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written agreements and may only be modified by a written instrument duly executed by the parties.

  3. If any portion of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
